A grand jubilee gala concert dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the legendary "GULDER" ensemble was held at the Roza Baglanova State Academic Concert Organization "Qazaqconcert."
The concert program featured specially prepared exclusive instrumental and choreographic performances, premieres of new dance compositions, original songs, vibrant collaborations with renowned artists, and fresh interpretations of classical art. The event brought together legendary artists and young talents on one stage.
Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aibek Sydykov, attended the event and read a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Minister of Culture and Information, Aida Balayeva.
"For more than half a century, the ensemble has been a shining star of Kazakh culture, playing a special role in popularizing national art worldwide. You carefully preserve the best traditions of folk dance, passing them down from generation to generation. As an integral part of our cultural history, the ensemble has made a significant contribution to the establishment and development of Kazakh pop art. Today, 'Gulder' is known not only in Kazakhstan but also on the international stage, earning recognition for its unique performing skills. Each of your performances not only brings aesthetic pleasure to the audience but also showcases the rich heritage of Kazakh culture, emphasizing its significance," the minister's congratulatory message stated.
The event featured performances by Kazakhstan's People's Artist and pop legend Roza Rymbayeva, Kazakhstan's Honored Artist Aizhan Nurmagambetova, Honored Figures of Kazakhstan Zhenis Seidollauly and Aigul Elshibayeva, laureates of the State Youth Award "Daryn" Alibek Almadiev and Adilkhan Makin, as well as laureates of national and international competitions Madi Rymbayev, Kuandyk Shalkar, and Meruert Bakhyt. The Kazakh State Folklore Ensemble "Astana Sazy," the State Theater "Astana Musical," the ethno-folk ensemble "TURAN," the group "Samga," and the "Gulder" ensemble also participated.
Famous Kazakhstani artists Zhanar Dugalova and ARO, as well as renowned kobyz player Olzhas Kurmanbek, performed exclusively for the audience of the anniversary evening, making this celebration truly unforgettable! The chief choreographer of the event was Anvara Sadykova, and the artistic director was Abzal Osimbayev.
The Ministry of Culture and Information presented a flower basket to the creative team in honor of the celebration.
