The ballet company of "Astana Opera" presented Pyotr Tchaikovsky's ballet "The Nutcracker" in Yuri Grigorovich's production in Dubai. The capital theater's tour in the UAE, supported by the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, concludes its international tours for this year.
Ahead of the tour, Yuri Nikolayevich Grigorovich's assistants, Ruslan Pronin and Oksana Tsvetnitskaya, worked closely with the "Astana Opera" company, meticulously preserving the choreography in its original beauty. The performance was accompanied by the theater's symphony orchestra under the baton of Maestro Giuseppe Acquaviva.
It is noteworthy that, following the grand success of last year's performance, the Dubai theater once again invited the Kazakhstani company, led by its artistic director, world ballet star Altynai Asylmuratova.
