On October 17 and 18, Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s ballet “The Sleeping Beauty” was performed with great success on the stage of Astana Opera, once again conquering the hearts of the audience.
The magnificent music of Tchaikovsky and the refined choreography by Marius Petipa created an atmosphere of enchantment on stage. The ballet unfolded like a spiritual poem, perfectly matching the genius of the composer’s music.
At the conductor’s podium stood Elmar Buribayev, whose masterful leadership brought out the orchestra’s expressive sound, emphasizing the drama and beauty of each scene.
The theatre hall was full, and the long-lasting applause and enthusiastic reviews confirmed: “The Sleeping Beauty” at Astana Opera remains an eternal classic that continues to inspire today.
On behalf of the Cultural Heritage Foundation, I warmly congratulate the entire team of Astana Opera on this wonderful celebration of ballet.
I wish you even more brilliant performances ahead!
With admiration,
Impresario,
President of the Cultural Heritage Foundation
