INTERNATIONAL OPERA AWARDS 2025 – Greek National Opera

The Greek National Opera is hosting the 2025 International Opera Awards ceremony. Broadcast live from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre in Athens, OperaVision will stream the complete ceremony, featuring an exciting range of categories and performances by distinguished guest artists.

Founded in 2012 and known as the “Oscars of opera,” the International Opera Awards celebrate excellence in the global opera world every year. The awards aim to recognise and reward outstanding achievements, support emerging talent through scholarships, and raise public awareness of opera. This year’s jury, composed of esteemed opera professionals, is chaired by John Allison, editor of Opera and Opera News magazines.

The ceremony will be streamed live from ‪@greeknationalopera‬ on 13 November 2025 at 18:00 CET and will remain available until 13 January 2026.
