Chang’an Joy · Cultural and Artistic Center of the Belt and Road Initiative

Located in the Xi’an International Port Area, in close proximity to the Olympic Sports Center built for the 14th National Games of China.

To the east, it overlooks Mount Li; to the west, the Ba River flows nearby.

The Cultural and Artistic Center comprises five main facilities: an opera house, a concert hall, a multifunctional hall, a cinema, and a media complex.

The center is integrated with a metro station and represents a multifunctional space that combines culture and the arts, leisure, commerce, and ecological elements. It houses restaurants, galleries, exhibition halls, art education centers, film and television studios, as well as an open-air amphitheater.

This venue is set to become a new cultural landmark for the residents of Xi’an and a comprehensive platform for cultural and artistic exchange under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
