My name is Venera Nagmetdullayevna Alpysbayeva. I am an opera singer at the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre, as well as Dean of the Faculty of Musical Arts and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Solo Singing at the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts. 

From 2004 to 2009 (Bachelor’s degree), I studied Vocal Arts at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory under the class of People’s Artist of the USSR, Professor R.U. Zhamanova. 

From 2009 to 2012, I continued my studies at the same conservatory under the class of People’s Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Sh.Kh. Abilov, and received a Master’s degree in Vocal Arts. 

In 2024, I defended my doctoral dissertation at the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts and became the first PhD holder among opera singers in Kazakhstan.
