For the project, the philanthropists purchased a land plot worth 600 million tenge and donated it free of charge to the city's municipal ownership.

In addition, more than 300 million tenge has been invested in landscaping the area. Trees, flowers, and shrubs have been planted, benches and lighting have been installed, and a permanent irrigation system has been put into operation. The park will be open to all residents of the city.

Furthermore, in September 2026, the Center for Sustainable Development for school students will open at Shoqan School. There, children will be able to study ecology, engineering, agricultural technologies, and modern technologies, as well as develop their own scientific projects.
